  • 1 glass milk (of your choosing)
  • 1 serving matcha
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving CBD OPTIONAL
  • 1 scoop fiber OPTIONAL


  • Heat up your milk of choice, then throw all the ingredients in a blender! I blend for about 45 seconds to get my latte extra frothy.
  • If you are using a frother, just throw all the ingredients in and let the frother work its magic.
