The Tea on Me:

I used to be a completely different person. I remember when I first moved to Los Angeles at 18- constantly anxious, bad skin, and outfits that make me cringe looking at them now. Yikes!

2017 was a rough version of myself. I felt sick almost every time I ate to the point where I would get nervous to eat anything at all. I felt decent about my body, but I still somewhat resembled the body of a 12-year-old boy who hadn’t quite gone through puberty yet. I also had some serious confidence issues. Oh- did I mention I was broke too?

Last year I realized it was time for a major change. I decided to invest my time into the most important thing one can- myself. I found a clinic in LA that would help me discover what was really wrong with my health that made eating painful. I vowed to clear up my skin once and for all. I began taking fitness and nutrition seriously. I would dedicate late nights to lurking on Pinterest and stalking my favorite influencers for fashion inspo.


So, what did I change?

  • I transformed my health by going gluten-free and vegan. Ouch.
  • I built muscles and toned by figuring out what workouts worked for me.
  • My skin went from a disaster zone to baby-smooth.

If at first you don’t succeed…

I’ll be the first to admit, getting your shit together is HARD. It took me a while, and there were many ups and downs. However, once I started really doing my research I learned how my body functions, which foods work for my body, and what can truly make a difference in transforming my life into a more abundant, positive state. It was a huge game-changer!

Now I am confident and ready to share all of my life hacks to create a healthier, happier you!

Throughout this blog, I want to share what worked for me in transforming my life. I went from a broke, bloated, uncomfortable mess to a cool and confident woman, who is still learning new things every day. I am so excited to share my tips with you, and I hope to help you create fitness routines, skincare regimens, and diets that work for you!

    I’ve always admired your passion, hard work and bravery to make and achieve positive goals for not only yourself but for your family and friends.
