Double Check Your Matcha

Before you read on or scroll down, we need to make sure that you’re using the correct matcha. Your matcha should be vibrant green, organic, and ceremonial grade. It’s important that you’re using the right one. If it’s a dull green, it means that the matcha has oxidized and it will not be as beneficial to you.

How To Make the Perfect Matcha Latte

In a blender or frother, add:

~ Milk of choice (I use oat milk, it’s the most creamy)

~ Matcha

~ Cinnamon

~ Vanilla

~ Maple syrup (I use THIS BRAND, because it’s sugar-free)

~ CBD

~ Fiber (optional)


CBD Cinnamon Vanilla Matcha Latte

You need this magic matcha latte. SERIOUSLY!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 glass milk (of your choosing)
  • 1 serving matcha
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 serving CBD OPTIONAL
  • 1 scoop fiber OPTIONAL

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your milk of choice, then throw all the ingredients in a blender! I blend for about 45 seconds to get my latte extra frothy.
  • If you are using a frother, just throw all the ingredients in and let the frother work its magic.
