When I went through my health journey a few years ago, I felt SO frustrated and alone.

That’s why I take a personal approach to help you feel your very best.

I am a triple certified health, wellness, and life coach through Felix Harder’s Nutrition and Fitness Academy. I also study the work of Dr. Steven Gundry, Ben Greenfield, and others. I believe in conducting thorough research and learning under as many different people as possible.

I take a holistic approach to health with science-based research. I teach my clients about eating and exercising intuitively, and using food as medicine. I also like to focus on lowering inflammation and cortisol as well as healing the gut, all of which have a huge effect on overall health.


How It Works:

  • Consultation Call-

During this quick 15 minute call, I want to hear all about what’s causing you problems. We’ll also talk about your health goals. This is what I will use to create your own, personalized health plan.

After your consultation, I’ll create a secret page on my website that’s just for you. It’s even password protected!

Here is where you will have access to your customized health plan. I’ll list meal ideas, supplement recommendations, and recipes that are all made just for you. I also will break down each of your health concerns, with a detailed plan on how to overcome your concerns and achieve your goals.

  • Total Health Assessment-

During this 60 minute session, you will be emailed the link and we’ll talk DETAILS. I’ll walk you through your new and exciting health plan, explain everything, and answer any questions you may have.

  • Follow Up Session-

Follow up sessions are scheduled for 3-5 weeks after your total health assessment. In these 30 minute sessions, we will check in on what is working, what you are struggling with, and address any new concerns or goals.
