I grew up in a very small town in Wisconsin. I then moved to Chicago and New York before finally settling down in Los Angeles.
In LA, I spend my time working as a professional dancer. Being a dancer, it’s so important that I know how to take care of my body.
I am obsessed with my rescue chihuahua, fuzzy jackets, massive smoothies, and reality TV.
In my day-to-day life, you’ll find me creating recipes, researching health and wellness, doing Pilates, and dancing!
My Health Journey
A couple of years ago, I started feeling really sick. I had always suffered from post-meal bloating and migraines, but my symptoms started to get worse and more frequent. Nausea, brain fog, bloating, and extreme stomach aches were all a nightly occurrence. On top of that, my skin was breaking out, and I was constantly tired.
So what was the fix? FOOD! I discovered I had some pretty serious food sensitivities, a leaky gut, and chronic inflammation. After loads of research and altering the foods I was eating, I truly felt like a new person. I was super healthy before, but I wasn’t eating what was right for MY body. Changing that made all the difference.
Flash forward to the present day. I am now a certified health, wellness, and life coach. I use what I have learned from my personal experience, as well as tons of in-depth research, to help people struggling with chronic inflammation, poor gut health, and more.
